Under the Wings of the Oracle
Under the Wings of the Oracle

Under the Wings of the Oracle draws two forms of consciousness into an intimacy that feels both protective and unsettling. Their closeness creates a space where distinction remains visible yet strangely fragile, as though human perception has approached something older and quieter than language. The encounter possesses no obvious hierarchy; each gaze seems to contain the other.

Light presses in from the margins with an almost revelatory intensity, but what it reveals remains incomplete. The surrounding darkness gathers into a sheltering presence, turning proximity into a kind of threshold. Within this compressed space, silence becomes charged with expectation—the stillness before knowledge is spoken, or perhaps after it has been understood but cannot yet be accepted.

The title introduces prophecy without promising an answer. An oracle does not necessarily clarify the future; it may deepen the mystery of the present. To stand beneath its wings could therefore mean protection, initiation, surrender, or the unsettling recognition of something already known beneath conscious thought.

Perhaps the oracle has offered no prophecy at all. Perhaps its only message is the gaze itself—and the question of why it feels so strangely familiar.
